In accordance with the spanish Law 15/1999 concerning the Protection of Personal Data, the applicant/client agrees that all private and personal details supplied in computerised files, shall only be used for the purpose of providing the insurance advice and service of Dunach SA Corredoria d’Assegurances, and will be treated confidentially, as much as for us as for commercial organisations that intervene in accordance with the sole purpose and objective of the application, and to be able to send to the applicant/ client information of the products or services. 

The applicant/ client may write to Dunach S.A. Corredoria d’Assegurances, as responsible for the file, Apartado Correos 6, E- 17487 Empuriabrava in order to request the repeal of this consent or the rectification or cancellation of the data supplied.
